All themes, templates, plugins, blocks, and kits sold or offered on FreeElementKits are the intellectual property of FreeElementKits.

Free Products

You are allowed to use our free templates for personal and commercial projects (like client websites).

Paid Products

Our paid themes, templates, and plugins are licensed for single-use only. You are not allowed to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share them
• Upload or sell them on marketplaces such as Envato, ThemeForest, TemplateMonster, Magento Marketplace, or any other platform
• Include them in GPL or open-source distributions

3. No Resale Policy

Reselling or redistributing our digital products is strictly prohibited. All products are provided under a non-GPL, non-transferable license.
